Ernesto Riquelme, broker / owner of Remax Playa reports that his office is sponsoring a fantastic golf tournament at Mayakoba to benefit underprivileged children in the community. "Yes, all proceeds will go to UN KILO DE AYUDA (one kilo of help). This community group is dedicated to feeding underprivileged children with food and other community needs. The tournament will be held on Dec. 9th. All players are welcome from amateurs to pros. "As part of my belief to not just take up space in a community but to be part of the community, I gladly sponsored two children for Christmas gifts to handed out to needy families in the area, via Angel Notion" says Judi Shaw of Remax Playa. "It was a privilege" says Judi proudly. Each child will get educational books and CDs with good messages and learning experiences. The materials are great and they will get follow up teachings from dedicated workers. It is $ 60 usd per child. Angel notion has a goal of $ 10,000 usd to sponsor as many children as possible this Christmas. "Contributing this way is a gift that will last a lifetime" says Judi. - Bob McCain at Caribe Properties reports that his office sold 3 properties this week. "We sold 1 house and 2 condos" says Don Rhodes, sales associate in the office. "Things are moving super fast"

- Jason Waller, Sales Manager of Realty Executives Mexican Caribbean welcomed franchise owner Tom Budniak to Playa Del Carmen this week.....the office is happy to report we have taken our 12th reservation for The Elements this week........we have closed two condos this week........there are also many more exciting happenings for our office that should come in the next week....Best of luck to all in the upcoming week!!!!

- "I closed 4 deals this week! Wow! Two units were sold to a lovely client from Canada. We did it all long distance. Really - without even knowing each other. Unbelievable! This was so great!" says Irene Soto from One Stop Real Estate in Playa del Carmen. Also, One Stop Real Estate is planning their Christmas party and preparing for all their clients who are coming in for the holidays. Plus, the Playa del Carmen Caballeros, a local youth American Football Team who One Stop Real Estate has sponsored, finished the regular season undefeated. The playoffs start today, this Saturday December 2nd. The big game to decide who goes to the Super Finals is at 3pm at Mario Villannueva Stadium on 10th and 34th in Playa del Carmen. This is the biggest game in the short team history. So come out and support Playa del Carmen youth sports and watch American Football, Mexico Style!

- Denis Couture from Mexico Caribbean will be on talking about the Costa Maya on Tuesday at 6pm. Host J.P. Money and Denis plan to talk about real estate in the Costa Maya and what's really happening down there.
